About ...

William H. Lynch, Jr.

Bill is a graduate of Lafayette College and the Dickinson School of Law.  After completing his education, he served on active duty in the United States Army and upon discharge, went into private practice originally in the area of civil litigation and trial work.  For the past fourteen years he has focused mostly on the representation of employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense and subrogation matters, including subrogation liens in excess of $250,000. 

Bill is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is an active member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations as well as the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.  In addition he is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Chester County Bar Association.  Bill is also a member of the Pennsylvania Self Insurers Association where he made a presentation on workers’ compensation subrogation at their 2004 annual meeting.  Bill recently became a member of the Chester County Human Resources Association and he is scheduled to make a presentation to that professional group on February 24th, 2012. 

From 2000 to 2006, Bill served on the Board of Directors of Kids Chance, a non-profit organization which provides scholarships to the children of injured workers.
